The Colonial Style
Drawing from years of experience building houses in France, this home was designed to blend colonial aesthetics with European charm. The spaciousness and symmetry of the property offer visual comfort, while finer details add texture and warmth. We used natural materials (like stone, wood, and brick) to create spaces that feel lived-in, peaceful and enduring.
The house features traditional shutters on windows and doors, adding charm and security. Set on a rare one-hectare lot near the beach and local hotspots, it provides both privacy and convenience; yet it also extends into a lush forest inhabited by howler monkeys, which you’ll often get to hear and see up close.
The Outdoor Space
Our guests have access to a shared outdoor space designed for comfort, tranquility, and privacy. The exterior features the following:
Swimming Pool — The swimming pool is a highlight of the property. It has a shallow area that’s ideal for children, or for just lounging about. Surrounded by tropical greenery, the pool is especially magical in the mornings and during sunset.
Gas BBQ Grill — Enjoy a wonderful meal outside with our gas BBQ grill. Perfect for cooking up fresh ingredients and celebrating special moments!
Relaxing Chairs — Stretch out on our sun loungers by the pool and garden. They will make you want to sunbathe, or read in the shade of almond trees.
Outdoor Showers — Take advantage of the two outdoor showers near the pool to rinse off after a swim (or freshen up before heading out).
Private Parking — The parking area is safe, shaded, and conveniently only a few steps from your accommodation.
Laundry Room — Apartment guests have access to a clean, shared laundry area with washer, dryer, and detergent.
Monkeys — Howler monkeys often pass by in the trees, especially in the early morning or late afternoon. You can hear their roars echoing through the forest. A real treat for nature lovers!
Beach Nearby — The property is located just 3 minutes away from the beach (12 minutes by foot), local restaurants and supermarkets.
